An opportunity is available to work as a Dietary Aide with our organization:
- Assist with the provision of meals and snacks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the food service environment.
- Aid in making sure that a particular place is free from dust, dirt, and waste materials through regular cleaning and tidying up.
- Provide assistance in the washing and sanitizing of dishes and utensils by gathering dirty utensils from carts, trays and dining locations, and organizing disinfected objects in their respective storage spaces.
- Careful review and confirmation of menu options, as well as specific dietary requirements, must be carried out in order to supply residents with complete and accurate meal trays.
- Maintaining the safety and hygiene of raw and leftover food requires suitable storage practices.
- Support and advise on the customary or appointed tidying assignments.
- Ensure that all daily operations are conducted as per the sanitary standards and safety protocols in place.
- You may be required to work on weekends or holidays as part of your job duties
QUALIFICATIONS
To work effectively with senior citizens and disabled individuals, you need to demonstrate a positive attitude, patience, tact, and enthusiastic energy
Appropriate language skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking in English are essential prerequisites
The candidate must display competence in interpreting and carrying out instructions provided through both verbal and written mediums
The applicant should be of legal age, which is 18 years old or above
It is imperative that the individual is competent enough to perform all the duties necessary for the position
